The observation deck allows families the chance to see the best of Chicago from all angles. On a clear day, the new Sky Deck, at 1,353-feet-high offers a view of 40-50 miles, which means Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois are all visible as long as you walk around the deck. The Sky Deck tour includes a scavenger hunt for kids in which they can use bincoluars and try to locate different sites in the Chicago area. See more at Family Travel Forum: http://bit.ly/9BKLyS

See Chicago from the 103rd floor of the soaring Willis (formerly Sears) Tower, the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. The newly redesigned Skydeck now boasts the Ledge, composed of glass-enclosed boxes that jut out from the building more than 1,000 feet above the city. Are your kids (and you) up to the challenge? If not, just enjoy the view through high-powered telescopes while your tots take part in the entertaining Skydeck Scavenger Hunt. See more at See Jane Fly: http://bit.ly/aUTFU1
