  • North Clairemont Recreation Center

    The North Clairemont Recreation Center offers year round youth/adult self defense classes, tennis lessons and tiny tots for ages 3 to 5 years. Youth sports are offered seasonally: winter/summer is basketball, spring is soccer and fall is flag football. Adult leagues include men and women basketball, coed soccer, flag football, softball and frisbee.

    The Carmel Valley Skate Park opened on November 22, 2008. The park is a 13,500 square foot facility with a challenge course and cast in place concrete bowl. It also includes urban elements such as railings, stairs, banks and ledges. The park is equipped with night lighting allowing for it to stay open after the sun goes down. There are restrooms, a shade structure and sitting/observation areas as well.

    The Balboa Park Activity Center (BPAC) is a multi-purpose gymnasium built to accommodate badminton, table tennis, volleyball and other events, including regional, state and national tournaments. The Greater San Diego Science and Engineering Fair and a variety of tournaments for people with disabilities are also held at the Balboa Park Activity Center.     In just under three years, this park has transitioned from a 5-acre park to a 25-acre park facility. Formerly known as Perrine Park, Palmetto Bay Park was renamed by the Village Council in 2006. The new Palmetto Bay Park features a popular skate pavilion, basketball courts, the largest Boundless Playgrounds in South Florida, and a six-field, state-of-the-art softball complex, Palmetto Bay Park is truly a multi-recreational facility. The focal point of the park is a two-story concession building and observation deck.

  • Waterloo Park

    Situated at the end of Old Waterloo Road, this 22-acre park is a great setting for a family get-together! There are 2 picnic pavilions, a playground, basketball court, 2 tennis courts, a ball diamond, and multipurpose field. The .5 mile of paved pathway leading through the woods is a perfect place for a nature walk with family and friends.

  • Western Regional Park

    There is plenty to keep you entertained at this 190 acre park. Enjoy 4 premium grass multi-purpose sport fields, 2 lighted synthetic turf fields, tennis courts and a playground. There are also 5 ball diamonds, 3 lighted baseball fields and 2 basketball courts. As an added bonus, the Gary J. Arthur Community Center at Glenwood and the Library are only a stone's throw away!

  • Cypressmede Park

    A ball diamond, playground, tennis and basketball courts can be found at this 21-acre park. A walk through the woods on a .7-mile natural and woodchip surface trail will make you feel like you are miles away.

  • Dayton Oaks Park

    Located north of Dayton Oaks Elementary School, this 12.6-acre park has 2 multipurpose fields and 2 ball diamonds, which overlap each other, as well as 2 tennis courts and a playground. In addition, a small community picnic shelter with 8 picnic tables is available (first-come-first-served unless previously reserved). Dayton Oaks Park also has a .5 mile pathway system that loops around the fields.

  • Dickinson Park

    Grab the family and head to Dickinson Park where you can utilize a basketball courts, ball diamond, a multipurpose field and a .25-mile paved trail to keep your family active. And don't forget the purple dinosaur slide! Bring a snack to eat at one of the three picnic tables, and do not forget to take the kids to the playground and separate swing area.

  • Martin Road Park

    The 6-acre Martin Road Park features a playground, .27 miles paved pathway, picnic tables, grill, basketball courts, and a multipurpose field. Don't forget to bring your bicycle or roller skates to take advantage of the paved pathway!

  • Lisbon Park

    Good things come in small packages, and this 9-acre park is no exception! Play a game of tennis, explore the newly renovated playground - there's an impressive climbing structure in it - or simply walk, bike or skate around the paved circular pathway. After you are through, relax on one of the benches inside the gazebo overlooking the path.

  • Meadowbrook Park

    This 77-acre park features three baseball fields; an open-play area; a large playground for all abilities; two tennis courts; two basketball courts; two picnic pavilions; and approximately 2.5 miles of sidewalks and pathways, plus a 2.5-mile loop circling the park, parking, landscape, and restroom facilities. The final phase of development for this park will add a 33,000 square-foot indoor recreation facility.

The park also contains a 9 hole disc golf course and is home to the St. Louis Live Steamers small scale steam trains.

  • Legion Park

    This 11.37 acre park located on the west side of Bald Hill Road features four unlighted athletic fields, a pavilion, playground, basketball court, restroom, and pavilion with electricity and grills.

  • Lions Park

    This 14.25 acre park located on the east side of Bald Hill Road features two lighted tennis courts, two lighted athletic fields, two unlighted athletic fields, pavilion with electricity and grills, restroom and playground.

  • Hilltop Park

    This 34.7 acre park is located at Meramec Blvd. and Hilltop Ridge Drive near Forby Road. The park boasts a pavilion with grills and a fully stocked lake for seasonal fishing. An annual fishing derby is held each November.

  • Drewel Park

    This 16 acre park is located on Hill Drive in Shaws Garden Subdivision. It features handball courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, athletic field, pavilion with electricity and grills, restroom, outdoor classroom, inclusive playground, rain garden and a 2/3 mile loop trail.

  • Bowlby Park Playground

    Playground with a slide, bridge, and a fireman's pole all on synthetic surfacing. The park also contains a swing set with an inclusive swing.

    Englischer Garten, Europe's largest city park, offers playgrounds, beer gardens, an antique carousel and rambling wilderness.     Try the Cosimawellenbad on bad-weather days. Kids come running when they periodically turn on a wave machine in the main pool. Pre-swimmers have a wading pool with a slide.     Germany's public pools complexes are huge. Admission is a few dollars, lockers are available and facilities are modern and clean. The outdoor Prinzregentenbad has a stone wading area with sprinklers and a playground for small children, slides and whirlpools for bigger kids and a lap pool. Bring lunch or buy it there and picnic on the large lawn. Naturbad Maria Einsiedel is a similar complex near the zoo. The bracing Isar River feeds one of its pools.
